Challenge
A global organisation was launching a new corporate strategy to 38,000 staff across more than 100 countries. Leaders needed staff to not just understand the strategy but see how it connected to their own roles and feel motivated to act on it.

What we did
We designed and delivered an innovative internal communications campaign called Promising Conversations. It equipped managers with tools to hold structured team discussions about the strategy, linking its goals to everyday work. We also built in a feedback loop so senior leaders could hear what staff were thinking and respond in real time.

Impact
Staff not only understood the strategy; they embraced it. Teams reported greater clarity, motivation and ownership, and leaders gained valuable insights to guide future planning.
