A national membership body was seeing falling engagement and shrinking membership numbers. Staff were demotivated, their purpose felt unclear, and their communications had become inconsistent and reactive.

We carried out a full communications review, speaking with staff, members and stakeholders to understand the issues. We worked with the leadership team to create a clear strategy that set priorities, defined audiences and built a stronger internal narrative.
